1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and 2jba (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://2jba.cam.

By accessing, registering on or otherwise using the 2jba platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. 2jba is an English-language platform designed for informational and entertainment purposes and is directed at adult users who understand and accept the risks associated with online gambling.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

In order to register and maintain an Account on the 2jba Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where the operator is not licensed to offer services.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion arrangement with 2jba or any affiliated platform.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date.
• Own Funds: You must be depositing and wagering with funds that belong to you. Using funds obtained through illegal means, or wagering on behalf of a third party, is prohibited.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be requested by 2jba at any time, including before a withdrawal is processed. Verification is required to confirm your identity, age, address and ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. Typical documents accepted for Pakistani users include:

• Identity: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months, clearly showing your name and address.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used.
• Liveness / Selfie Check: A selfie or short video may be required to confirm you are the account holder.

You must submit documents only through the Platform's secure, HTTPS-verified verification portal. Never submit sensitive documents via unencrypted email, social media or third-party chat. Do not alter, redact critical information from, or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes — such conduct constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and notification to relevant authorities.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure, in 2jba's sole discretion.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the 2jba Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use:

• You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 2jba immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of the Platform's services is prohibited.
• 2jba reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform, or any part thereof, without prior notice, in the event of technical maintenance, security concerns or suspected breach of these Terms.
• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Errors in wager placement that were not caused by Platform error are generally not reversible. Contact support promptly if you believe a technical error has occurred.
• The Platform's availability is not guaranteed. 2jba accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability, downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 2jba Account must be made through payment methods currently listed as available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may change without prior notice.

Pakistani users should be aware that payment methods familiar in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and certain card schemes — may or may not be available in the 2jba cashier at any given time. Their mention on this Platform does not imply that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. It is your responsibility to verify availability before initiating a deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method. Refer to the cashier for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account only after successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method.
• 2jba accepts no liability for funds lost during a failed or delayed deposit transaction caused by your financial institution or payment provider.
• Depositing using a payment method you do not own, or using funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are subject to network confirmation times and current exchange-rate terms. Crypto transactions are irreversible — verify wallet addresses carefully before confirming.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before they will be processed:

• KYC Completion: Your Account must have completed all required KYC verification steps. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.
• Bonus Wagering: If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, that requirement must be cleared before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited over and above any bonus may be withdrawable separately — refer to bonus-specific terms.
• Matching Rule: You may be required to withdraw to the same method used for your most recent deposit ("matching rule"). Verify current withdrawal options in the cashier.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier and may be expressed in PKR or an equivalent value in your account currency.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method and by any pending verification or security review. Times published in the cashier are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Fees: 2jba may apply withdrawal processing fees depending on the method selected. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier before you confirm a withdrawal request.

2jba reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Users will be notified where permitted by applicable law.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free spins and other incentives offered by 2jba are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. For example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in eligible wagers before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Figures are illustrative — refer to the current offer page for actual requirements.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per spin or round applies — typically in the range of PKR 500–PKR 1,000 (illustrative). Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Check the specific bonus terms for a contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a validity period. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active per Account at a time.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit (e.g., PKR 1,000). Making a deposit below the stated minimum will not activate the offer.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jba Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Abusing bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating abuse with other users, or deliberately exploiting wagering structures.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to charge-back, dispute or reverse a legitimate deposit after wagering has taken place.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jba Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software, and data feeds — is the property of 2jba or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 2jba.

Any feedback, suggestions or communications you submit to 2jba regarding the Platform may be used by us without any obligation of compensation, attribution or confidentiality, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jba, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Losses arising from wagering decisions made by you on the Platform.
• Technical failures, downtime, data loss or unauthorised access to your Account not caused by our negligence.
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

2jba does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gambling

2jba is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will be respected without exception.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

2jba reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request.
• Order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method, subject to applicable fees and KYC requirements. Where closure follows confirmed fraud or breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 2jba support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. You may also utilise the self-exclusion tool for immediate effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jba holds its operating license. The applicable license jurisdiction governs all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and 2jba, we encourage you to first contact our support team so that the matter may be resolved informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures available under the operator's licensing framework.

You acknowledge that Pakistani law may apply concurrently in respect of your conduct as a user, and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 2jba does not represent that these Terms override any applicable local law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

2jba reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments take effect from the date specified in the updated Terms document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
